A day-long workshop on ‘Team management and effectiveness of conflict resolution’, organised by Bangladesh Open University institutional quality assurance cell, was held on the university’s Gazipur main campus on Tuesday.
The workshop was supervised by Professor Dil Rowshan Zinnat Ara Nazneen, pro-vice-chancellor (education) and chaired by Professor Md Serazul Islam, director of BOU’s IQAC, said a press release.
Professor Mohammad Zahir Raihan, additional director of the IQAC, discussed team leadership and management in the workshop.
Professor Mohammad Mamunur Rashid, additional director of the IQAC, was also present at the workshop where 43 joint directors/equivalent officers from different departments and offices of the university participated.
